REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT is REQUIRED for all SUP Yoga classes up until the day prior to instruction)

We will offer SUP Yoga classes every Thursday w/Jose and Saturday w/Maria from 5:30-7:00
Classes will start June 28th and run until August 29th. The cost is $35 for a single class. ($25 if you have your own board.)

A gentle Hatha I class executed on a Stand Up Paddle Board. Connect with nature and slow things down for your SUP Yoga practice. The constant movement on the paddle board in the water is great for balance, awareness and core stabilization. The benefits of this practice are easily accessible from basic poses so this is guaranteed fun for ALL levels. (RSVP is REQUIRED for all SUP Yoga classes up until the day prior to instruction) The launch site will be at:

“8 Limbs of Yoga for Kids” workshop

This is a highly structured workshop designed for kids to practice and develop their own understanding of the yogic “8 Limb Path”
Only $80 for the 10 Week Series!!!

How can this help my child?
• Increase vocabulary and comprehension
• Demonstrate self regulation and relaxation techniques independently
• Promote awareness in self and the world around you
• Teamwork
• Physical practice

Weekly yoga sessions focus on 1 “Limb” a week to broaden sense of self and the world around your child

We will:
• Practice yoga postures
• Have discussions centered around “kid friendly” yoga words
• Read stories that relate to weekly “Limb”
• Connect with “nature” and develop how it affects our senses
• Weekly art activities

This is a 10-week session, beginning with an in-depth “get to know you” session, and concluding with a class presentation to parents and studio. Classes will be held on Fridays, at 6pm – Class dates will be July 10th to Sept 11th, 2015

Do you sometimes feel discouraged and blame yourself for these issues? If so, you are not alone. Each of us will continue to struggle as the body speaks it's mind. We need to learn to listen to ourselves - our most sacred teacher. Ancient Yogi texts and the Guru's who wrote and taught them knew that healing came most powerfully with an integrated approach to the mind/body and that the answers lie deep within us. This Mind/Body workshop is designed with asanas for BOTH mind & body. There will be discussion and meditative experiences to allow each Yogi to deepen that connection, experience their mind/body wisdom and release long held samskaras. (unconscious mental grooves in the mind - that are at the heart of our habitual patterns) ~ Identify your most personal and powerful Intention (Sankalpa) ~ Identify core beliefs Samskaras that can lead to unhealthy mind/body habits ~ Develop an integrated plan for approaching unhealthy Behavioral, Emotional, Postural and Mental habits ~ Increase Body/Mind intelligence and awareness ~ Develop more confidence and discernment in your own truths This Mind/Body experience is recommended and suitable for all who wish to deepen there understanding of their body/mind connection.
