Karen Burris, Certified Pilates mat and apparatus trainer, now offers pilates personal training sessions at our Yoga Studio.
Karen combines the original exercises of Joseph Pilates with a modern twist. She has the knowledge to create the workout that will strengthen and tone the body with an increase in flexibility and improved posture.
You will work around any disabilities you may have and increase flexibility and strength for total body toning and strength without building bulk. The focus is on strengthening the “powerhouse”
