Our Vision Workshop is designed to set your Vision for 2022! We will begin with breathwork and a short meditative space. We will move into a multi-level Vinyasa class to prepare you – mind, body and spirit – to be creative with your heart’s desires, callings, and purposes for 2022. From there, we will flow into a time of reflection and journaling. Then we will break out all the supplies to build your own Vision Board!

Bring your mat, any special images or magazines that inspire you, and any words or phrases you would like to include on the board. A black foam core board, assembling supplies, and a generous amount of precut words, letter stickers, and precut inspiring images will be provided. We can’t wait to set our feet and hearts on a journey of Vision and fulfillment for 2022!
