A four week introductory session- one hour class, once a week.
• Each week the group will progressively learn Yoga 101 basics, including brief history of yoga, breath work and foundational poses.
• We will break down the alignment in essential poses of a Vinyasa Yoga practice and introduce basic sequencing allowing the student to confidently and safely practice in group yoga classes!
• The small group setting allows for student to ask questions and have discussion.
• All levels welcome!
