YOGA 101 • 4 Week Class Series

YOGA 101 is a 4 week introductory session – one hour class, once a week. Each week the group will progressively learn Yoga 101 basics, including a brief history of yoga, breath work, foundational poses, safe modifications, and how props can help support a safe practice. We will break down the alignment in essential poses of a Vinyasa Yoga practice and introduce basic sequencing allowing you to confidently and safely practice in group yoga classes!
YOGA 101 is perfect for beginners or practioners looking to make the most of their Yoga practice or reset their alignment.

Or you’ve already taken a few classes but want to deepen your understanding and strengthen your foundation … then this workshop for you too!
Taught by our very own Stephanie Peterson who brings motivating positive energy, a sense of encouragement, and a passion for Yoga. Stephanie obtained her 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification and is currently pursuing her 500 hour RYT Yoga Alliance certification.
